Spring Valley Hair, Skin & Nails

So since I've already talked to you all about my favorite hair product, and skin product now its time for NAILS :). So since I have very fine thin hair recently I've been needing to take some pills because my hair has been falling out way too much. So I decided to start taking these pills by Spring Valley, and my oh my do these work! Not only for my hair but my nails are growinggggggggggggggggggg! I love it! They feel really strong and growing great! No issues. This is something I recommend if you do want your nails to grow out faster or if you want your hair to grow out faster, and it will at least grow 1/2 inch more a month, so I've been told. Its pretty cool. I can see my dark roots. I've been taking them and I already have 1inch hair between my dyed hair and natural hair, which is not bad if I've been taking it for about a month. The only bad thing about these pills is that you have to take them 3 times a day, yeah I know what a draggggggggggggggggg.. but i think its well worth it. The price isn't bad either, its only about 7$ at Wal-Mart for a 120 pills which is about a months worth. I really like it. Well if you didn't know Biotin is the vitamin that helps your hair grown and be strong! and now with the combination of the Garnier Fall Fight shampoo (which also has Biotin in it) I hope my hair starts growing out more and falling out less! well thanks for reading, Have a wonderful Saturday <3

Banana Boat After Sun Lotion

So since summer is here and in full affect I thought to myself HEY why not put your favorite moisturizer on your blog! So yeah here it is! Banana Boats After Sun Lotion. Its full of aloe Vera and Vitamins. I swear to you all this is my holy grail! I use this all the time after I get out of the shower especially after I shave. I use to spray alcohol on my legs to "try" and prevent razor burns and bumps but they would come out either way, and my skin is really sensitive. I read a blog about how your skin needs to really be moisturized after shaving and needs like Aloe or Shea. So I found this Lotion believe it or not in my cabinet it was like a gift sent from god LOL more like Wal-Mart.. haha. I think this is the best alternative to all those expensive moisturizers, and not to mention it preserves your tan! I just absolutely love it! I've been using this for about a good month and I'm already running out. It leaves my skin feeling so good and soft, and oh NO RAZOR BUMPS OR BURNS. Did i mention its like the best thing ever!? Well for me it is, I really recommend this for anyone that has issues or  sensitive skin or really bad bumps after shaving. I bet you're thinking that I use a dirty razor, but no I don't. I soak my razor in alcohol for a good 5min before using and yet still i get them. But anyways I'm really happy with this product and I do plan on by more of it! :)

Garrnier Fall Fight Shampoo & Conditioner

One of the Best:

This is the best thing I have every tired for my hair. My hair has been constantly falling out every time I shower. If you have hair that falls out A LOT like me I suggest you try this. 

Pros:

1.Smells great

2.thick formula

3.Makes my hair feel great.

4.at least 90% less fall out.

Cons:

1.Shampoo does dry my hair out but conditioner helps.

2.Don't like the idea of massaging conditioner on roots that's how hair falls out in first place.

3.Once shampoo and conditioner is in hair it smells funky 

Overall:

I think this is a pretty great product. Was hoping some company would come up with a product like this and Garnier came through! :) My hair brush use to be covered in hair all you would see is thick brown hair all over it, and now you see is at least 10-20 strands of hair. I am really pleased with this product. One thing I recommend is not to put conditioner on roots until at least 10 secs before rinsing, don't want to cause more fall out!
